Free Shipping

All canvas prints are shipped direct from our production facility within 5 business days of receiving your order. So that we can maintain the highest quality and ensure that your canvas will stand the test of time, all prints are triple laminated for the highest protective finish. This process requires that at least 24 hours be given between coats to allow for complete drying. All prints are produced to order. You will be notified by email as soon as your print has been shipped.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING for all Australian Orders and a flat rate of $40AUD for International Orders. Order more than 10 canvas' Internationally in a single order and your shipping is FREE

Returns

We only produce high quality artwork at RT Gallery. If the canvas you receive is faulty due to production errors we will exchange it happily. For our Australian customers, we will even pay the postage for you to return the print to us. International customers will, unfortunately, need to cover the cost of retuning the canvas to us, but we will issue a gift certificate to reimburse you from your next order. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your canvas.
